Space Availability - Student Spaces

PROCEDURE AND CAPACITIES VARY BY THE ROOM.

  • Rooms may be reserved for up to three hours per group. 
  • A currently valid AUC is required for all room reservations; please be prepared to show your AUC ID. 
  • Technology Design Studio users agree to follow all library policies and procedures, in addition to those policies and procedures specific to rooms 203, 204, 205 & 206. 
  • Technology Design Studio rooms must be occupied within the first fifteen (15) minutes of the reservation. 
  • Technology Design Studio audio/video editing rooms are intended for purposes of using technology to edit media; noise levels should be kept moderate at all times during use.

  • A valid AUC ID is required for all room reservations. TDS staff will collect the ID of the student booking the room at the time of check-in. IDs will be returned after successful completion of check-out from the room.
