PROCEDURE AND CAPACITIES VARY BY THE ROOM AND ROOM-TYPE, AT THE DISCRETION OF LIBRARY STAFF.
- Patrons can request one room reservation / day for a maximum of 3 hours.
- Allow 48 business hours for web request approvals.
- Rooms must be occupied within the first 15 minutes of the reservation. If unoccupied, 30 minutes after the start of the reservation, the room is available for others to use.
- Group Study & Technology Design Studio Room Users may be asked to leave for the following reasons (including but not limited to):
- Failure to abide by library policies and procedures
- Noise
- Disruptive behavior including harassment of other students, library staff, and visitors
- Destruction of equipment, software, furniture
- Food & drink in studios
- Overcrowding
PROCEDURE AND CAPACITIES VARY BY THE ROOM.
- Damage or theft of recording equipment in Technology Design Studio audio/video editing rooms may result in a replacement fee of up to $400.
- Rooms may be reserved for up to three hours per group.
- A valid AUC ID is required for all room reservations. TDS staff will collect the ID of the student booking the room at the time of check-in. IDs will be returned after successful completion of check-out from the room.
- Technology Design Studio users agree to follow all library policies and procedures, in addition to those policies and procedures specific to rooms 203, 204, 205 & 206. (Please see https://www.auctr.edu/library-policies/audio-video-editing-suite-reservation/ for additional information).
- Technology Design Studio rooms must be occupied within the first fifteen (15) minutes of the reservation.
- Technology Design Studio audio/video editing rooms are intended for purposes of using technology to edit media; noise levels should be kept moderate at all times during use.
