Space Availability - VR Lounge & Wellness Room [Room 221]

PROCEDURE AND CAPACITIES VARY BY THE ROOM AND ROOM-TYPE, AT THE DISCRETION OF LIBRARY STAFF.

• Damage or theft of equipment in VR Lounge & Wellness Room may result in a replacement fee of up to $2000.
• Laptop gaming stations may be reserved for up to three hours per person.
• VR stations may be reserved for up to ninety (90) minutes per person.
• Pod chair may be reserved for up to ninety (90) minutes per person. 
• A valid AUC ID is required for all room reservations. Patrons cannot check-in for reservation without their physical AUC ID. Staff will collect student IDs at the time of check-in. IDs will be returned after successful completion of check-out from the room.
• VR Lounge & Wellness Room users agree to follow all library policies and procedures, in addition to those policies and procedures specific to room 221. (Link TK).
• VR Lounge & Wellness Room stations must be occupied within the first fifteen (15) minutes of the reservation. 
• Noise levels should be kept moderate at all times during use.
• The maximum number of people allowed at a laptop station at any time is two people. Only one person may occupy a VR station at any time, and only one person may occupy the pod chair at any time.

All AUC Woodruff Library staff are authorized to enforce this policy. Individuals who fail to govern themselves appropriately may be temporarily or permanently denied access to the VR Lounge & Wellness room. Because the Library is an extension of the individual’s school, that individual’s misconduct will be reported to their school as a violation of their campus code of conduct.
