Space Availability - Student Spaces

The global COVID-19 pandemic has necessitated the following policies. These will be strictly enforced; there are no exceptions.

Each user must have the items below to enter the Library building:
1. Valid campus ID
2. Face mask covering nose and mouth

PROCEDURE AND CAPACITIES VARY BY THE ROOM.

  • Rooms may be reserved for up to three hours per group. 
  • A currently valid AUC is required for all room reservations; please be prepared to show your AUC ID. 
  • Technology Design Studio users agree to follow all library policies and procedures. 
  • Technology Design Studio rooms  must be occupied within the first fifteen (15) minutes of the reservation. 
  • Technology Design Studio audio/video editing rooms are intended for purposes of using technology to edit media; noise levels should be kept moderate at all times during use.

Atlanta University Center students and faculty can reserve group study rooms and studios online.

Select up to six time slots below (they appear in 30-minute increments) and fill-out the form underneath to reserve a space.

You will need your campus-issued email address in order to complete the reservation process. 

One room reservation per day for a maximum of three (3) hours is permitted.  Six (6) thirty minute time-slots equate to three  (3) hours.

Rooms must be occupied within the first 15 minutes of the reservation; after that time, the room becomes available first-come, first-served until the next scheduled reservation.
